What's the difference between a consultation and a feasibility study?
The initial consultation is free and gives you a quick analysis and the right direction based on your budget and goal. The feasibility study is a full report: cost, income, return, payback period, and a comparison of options — it takes more analysis time and is carried out once we agree on the scope.
What exactly do you deliver in the report?
A written report containing the total cost, expected income (rental or resale), annual ROI, capital payback period, potential risks, and a clear recommendation: proceed or not — all in numbers.
How do you work in the UAE?
We work with clients in the UAE remotely using the same methodology as Egypt: comparing prices across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, explaining ownership rules, a return and currency plan, and full representation through the buying steps — coordinating with local partners whenever a physical presence is needed.
Is the consultation free?
The first consultation is completely free and with no obligation — we listen to your goal and budget and come back with an initial analysis. Any other service is agreed in advance according to the scope.
How do I know if a property is good before I buy?
Three indicators: rental yield against the purchase price, comparable prices in the same neighbourhood, and the legal standing (title and reservations). We calculate all of this in our due diligence service — if the yield is sensible and the legal position is clean, the property is at least not a mistake.
Do you work with specific developers?
We are not tied to any developer or project. We measure every opportunity by its numbers: price against comparables, the developer's quality and delivery record, and the location and its rental demand — the recommendation comes from the study, not the relationship.
