The start in the Egyptian market: Ramy began his career inside the Egyptian real estate market from the field itself — sites, negotiation, contracts, and direct experience with decision-makers. That experience is what taught him to tell a “good property” apart from a “property that pays you back.”
Specializing in return analysis: He then devoted all of his time to ROI analysis. Every real estate opportunity became a page with a real cost, expected income, payback period, and clear risks — with no marketing talk.
Expanding to clients in the UAE: Clients began approaching us from the UAE to own property in Egypt without travelling — and full representation through inspection, contracting, and handover is what that trust was built on. From there, we extended our expertise to the Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah markets.
Today — R.B INVESTMENT: We work as genuine consultants in Egypt and the UAE: feasibility studies, ROI analysis, property selection and due diligence, and real estate portfolio management — by the same rule since day one: no decision without numbers.
